The Management and staff of Cybervale wish for you and your family a speedy recovery period from the devastating effects of hurricane Ivan.

 

In addition to the customary five (5) day grace period all current monthly accounts will be granted five (5) days of additional Internet service for any disruption of our service due to the hurricane.

 

With the passing of hurricane Ivan, like all other companies Cybervale has been affected and this has had an adverse effect on the level of service we have been able to provide. Our operation is heavily dependent on a steady power supply and while we understand the strain placed on the Jamaica Public Service Company and thank them for their efforts in the restoration of electricity on a phased basis our restoration efforts have been hampered by the absence of electricity in some areas.

 

Cybervale is pleased to have been able to keep our service up in St.Catherine throughout the passing of hurricane Ivan. The trail of hurricane Ivan disrupted our service at approximately 1 pm on September 12. Our service was restored in St. Catherine and St. James by 5 pm on September

14. Service in Kingston & St. Andrew and Manchester was restored by 4 pm on September 16. Portland has been heavily affected by hurricane Ivan and as such restoration of electricity and as a result Internet service will prove difficult. We will work to have the service restored in Portland as soon as possible.

 

Opening and closing hours at the following locations have changed until further notice.

 

St. Catherine: Cybervale Head Office

Saturday September 17th 9 am - 5 pm

We will resume regular opening and closing hours on September 20.

 

Fimi Wireless Portmore Mall

Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm

Portland: Electrotel

Monday - Saturday 9 am - 4 pm.

 

Manchester: Fimi Wireless Willowgate

Monday - Friday 8 am - 1pm, Saturday 9 am - 1pm.

 

Digicel Store Juicy Beef Plaza

Monday - Saturday 9 am -5 pm

 

Paymaster locations will resume regular opening and closing hours on September 20.

 

All other locations are operating between their regular business hours.
