responsibility either for managing an internal audit system or who are
required to carry out internal quality audits.
Although some knowledge of Quality Management and ISO
9000 would be beneficial, it is not an essential requirement for
participating in the course.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The course duration is 3 days and is structured
around a series of lectures and case studies involving syndicate group
work and a video presentation. Great emphasis is based upon learning
through participation and prospective course participants should be aware
that a degree of participation is necessary as part of the course
assessment process.
A one day on-site audit of your own quality
system may also be co-ordinated, enabling the newly trained auditors to
put theory into practice.
