Our mission is to increase the level of awareness amongst Jamaicans
on the value of the Internet, for entertainment, commerce, research
or low cost world wide communication. Through our attractively priced
and thoughtfully designed service packages, the Internet will not
only be accessible, but affordable to all who are interested in learning
or using this vast resource.
ABOUT
Cybervale has reached a level of professionalism that can be compared
to the characteristic of a wine improved by age and taste better to
the palate than newly pressed wines of today. We pride ourselves of
this dignity, smoothness and experience by serving a diverse array
of customers.
Established in 1998, Cybervale has grown to be one of the top three
ISP’s in Jamaica. In the past years we have experienced significant
growth to enjoy 90 per cent of the St. Catherine market and have grown
into many rural areas providing Internet access at very reasonable
fees and excellent customer service.
Under the leadership of Jamaicans, Cybervale has conquered its target
market, grown into other territories and continues to stride into
new realms to stake their claim. Cybervale was able to expand its
walk-in services once again, to address the needs of our Customers
who may not have access to a PC of their own. Then, CyberSurf Internet
& Business Centre was introduced to Portmore in April 2002.
Our staff is comprised of an all-star team of savvy customer service
representatives, technical representatives, marketing professional
and superb management team making the number of employees to be 9.
Cybervale team is committed to working hard to help the customer with
their needs. We are focus on providing high-speed Internet connections
and excellent customer service. We have made our services available
to customers from the comfort of your homes. Customers can call us,
set up your account, then pay through Telemidas or Telescotia by quoting
your account number, then visit the 2004/2005 Telephone Directory
for the set up sheet for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP.
